We are looking for a HR generalist!
The Human Resource Generalist (People & Organization Generalist) is responsible for providing high quality Human Resources support to achieve business objectives and proactively resolve HR issues, implement Human Resources policies as a generalist and partner with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective
He/She closely collaborates with the HR/PO Team members in providing high quality HR service to the Business Partners across all functions.
Anticipates and responds to local management"s needs as well as resolves basic and more complex questions and concerns with regards to day to day processes, policies and systems inquiries utilizing shared services resources.
He/She is responsible to coordinate HR and Employee engagement projects and implement effective communication related to HR/PO processes and initiatives.
o Builds strong relationships with HR team, HRS and business partners to jointly deliver business objectives and resolve issues
o Fosters an effective, inclusive work environment / culture, balancing employee advocacy with stewardship of company goals and values
o Responsible for the On- and Off-boarding process, including organization of Onboarding Day
o Provide all information around organizational change to HRS (via Forms)
o Provide all information around Pay rolling and Budgeting to HRS and FRA (NBS)
o Support the HR team through use of information systems and appropriate spread-sheet software to track key data and provide accurate compensation information.
o Support performance management, C&B, reward and recognition strategies which facilitate and maintain a high performance culture;
o Ensures the realization of effective training and development plans for all personnel, following learning priorities and guidelines
o SPOC for all HR Tools (HR Core, UP4G). HRS Contact person (calls)
o Point of contact for the ARBO unie and associated issues
o Ensure compliance with legal framework, SOX requirements etc.
o Lead HR projects. Identify opportunities for process improvements.(e.g Top employer coordinator)
o Coordinate execution and adherence to HR principles, practices and policies, and be the department expert on all administrative practices and policies.
o Responsible for the HR Reporting and FTE Tracking, KPI tracking,
o Maintain the CLC regulation (NFCM), processes and documents in compliance with applicable legal requirements
o Records management (e-file ),
o Ensure adherence to relevant privacy, labor and employment law
o Promotes adherence to Novartis/Sandoz policies and processes
Het profiel / Your profile
o A degree in human Resources.
o Preferably a minimum of three years" experience in a HR generalist role
o Prior experience working within a pharmaceutical environment with a matrix environment within the organization would be an advantage.
o Understand the fundamentals of employee relations policies and processes (e.g., performance management, conflict resolution, company policy, complaint procedures and recognition programs, downsizing/etc.).
o Communicative, proactive, detail-oriented and stress resistant
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and an HRIS system
o Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage tasks, processes and projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
o Superior teamwork and collaborative skills
o Fluent in Dutch and English
