Dankzij innovatieve producten kunnen medisch specialisten het leven van patiënten verbeteren met alternatieven voor chirurgische ingrepen. Zij levert producten op het gebied van Pijnmanagement / Neuromodulatie, Interventionele Cardiologie, Interventionele Radiologie, Urologie / Gynaecologie, Neuro Radiologie, Hartritmemanagement / Elektrofysiologie, Bronchoscopische ingegrepen en Gastro-enterologie / Endoscopy.
The role as NSM will be combined with the role of Country Coordinator:
* Ensuring there is alignment and a dedicated focus across all divisions / functions on making the country be as successful as it possibly can be.
* Ensure that corporate and European programmes and initiatives are embedded in the country.
* External representation of the company with government, trade/industry association, suppliers, etc.
De functie / The role
As the National Sales Manager Endoscopy you lead and drive all sales and customer related activities for our Endoscopy business in the Netherlands. You will continue to develop your direct sales account & clinical teams and implement successfully our operational sales framework in-order-to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
This position will be home based and we will have office facilities in our flex office in Utrecht and in the southeast of The Netherlands. You will report to the Cluster Business Unit Director Endoscopy Central / Western Europe. You will become a valuable member of the Endoscopy Cluster leadership team.
Your responsibilities include:
o You set up business strategies, prepare and execute the annual operating plan in line with the mid-to long term divisional and EMEA business plans.
o You create innovative business approaches for the Dutch Market, partnering across divisions to anticipate market dynamics & trends.
o You will be a member of the Dutch Country Leadership team.
o You will help us to accelerate on our customer centricity journey to distinguish ourselves from competition in providing customer excellence and value.
o You will drive and monitor country P&L and sales performance, manage quarterly forecasts and implement any corrective strategies to meet quarterly and annual sales growth plans.
o You will ensure Clinical Excellence in close collaboration with Medical Affairs and Marketing on new product launches, strategies and innovative new business practices.
o You build and maintain relationships with major stakeholders and decisionmakers at key accounts, resulting into profitable business ventures and deals.
o You will develop and motivate a dedicated team of Endoscopy professionals, including 3 Account Managers, 2 Clinical Sales Representatives and one Sales Assistant.
Het profiel / Your profile
o You have a proven track record in senior commercial management roles in Medical Devices, ideally in the field of Endoscopy.
o You hold a relevant Bachelor or Master"s degree.
o You have a strong commercial and strategic business mindset whilst at the same time are razor sharp in execution and delivery.
o You display a deep understanding of the Dutch medical, hospital and reimbursement environment, including an intensive network with key stakeholders.
o You have demonstrated strong financial and business acumen.
o You possess excellent communication and organizational skills and can deal with ambiguity and multiple demands.
o You lead by example and can build and nurture high performing and engaging teams.
o You are fluent in English and Dutch, German is a plus.
